How it works

No manual math. No spreadsheets. The same method on every case

TimeScene applies each clock’s measured offset, keeps each source’s own precision, and shows its work for every time it corrects.

01 · Ingest

Bring in what you have

Reports, CAD logs, 911 audio, video, photos, and statements, in the formats they arrive in.

02 · Extract & suggest

TimeScene does the typing

Events and timestamps are pulled out automatically and suggested for the sequence.

03 · Verify

Your team checks every one

Nothing enters the record until a person checks it against its source. AI suggestions are logged and never quietly become facts.

04 · Reconstruct

One defensible sequence

Clocks reconciled, every event source-linked, ready to review and present.

Example: a crash at an intersection

Every source keeps time its own way.

Work with the records you already have

Fast and accurate event extraction

Reports, logs, photos, audio, and video come in as they are. Suggested events sit beside the exact text, video, or audio clip they came from. Nothing enters the sequence until someone checks it. Your team stops transcribing and starts analyzing.

Your data and security

Your evidence stays yours, and stays protected

You own everything you upload, can export it whenever you need, and can have it permanently deleted on request. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every account uses multi-factor authentication, and every action is logged. TimeScene is built around the security and accountability requirements of investigative agencies, on an architecture designed to support SOC 2 Type II and CJIS compliance.

You own your data

Everything you upload and every reconstruction you build from it belongs to you, along with a complete audit trail of who changed what, when, and why.

Take it with you

Export your records and finished reconstructions whenever you need them, including when you move on.

Purge on request

Ask us to permanently delete your uploaded data, and we’ll confirm once it’s gone.

End-to-end encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every account requires multi-factor authentication.

AI on your terms

Your data is never used to train models. Turn AI on or off to match your organization’s policies.

Human in the loop

AI suggests; investigators decide. Nothing enters the investigative record without a person’s approval.

Immutable audit log

Every action, edit, source, and AI suggestion is recorded, timestamped, and attributed to a person.

Certification status: SOC 2 Type II and CJIS compliance in progress.
